Our Mission

Pereira Atelier designs housing that goes beyond shelter — creating communities of belonging, resilience, and pride.

Through research and practice, Pereira Atelier explores new ways to design and deliver affordable housing that is adaptable, financially feasible, and deeply human.

Capabilities

At Pereira Atelier, we bring together over two decades of architectural and urban design experience across Australia and Europe. Our team works at the intersection of design, research, and community, with a focus on:

  • Affordable & Resilient Housing – delivering adaptable, financially feasible, and people-focused housing models.

  • Urban Design & Masterplanning – shaping neighbourhoods, precincts, and community hubs that foster connection and belonging.

  • Civic & Community Architecture – designing public spaces and facilities that serve diverse needs and build local identity.

  • Research & Innovation – testing new housing models, hybrid tenure structures, and design strategies that bridge policy and practice.

Our capability lies not only in designing buildings but in creating neighbourhoods and places where people can thrive, connect, and feel at home.
