At Pereira Atelier, we bring two decades of international experience in multi-unit and mixed-use projects — from strategic masterplanning to award-winning housing design. This breadth allows us to balance commercial feasibility with architectural quality.
We specialise in design-led feasibility, showing how efficiency, adaptability, sustainability, and social connection can reduce costs and increase long-term value. Our capability is not just to design buildings, but to design the conditions that make affordable housing possible.
We also prepare and test hybrid housing models — Community Land Trusts, Cooperative Housing, and Build-to-Rent-to-Own — tailoring them to the Australian context. She combines hands-on design leadership with academic research, exploring how architecture can improve the feasibility and delivery of affordable housing. Teresa is passionate about shaping resilient communities, guiding projects from civic spaces to housing models, and ensuring every design fosters belonging, adaptability, and pride.
